Our water heater was messed up for 4 days last week, and that put me really behind on washing dishes. The thought of boiling water and hand washing dishes made me want to throw all the dirty dishes away and start over. So instead I just stacked everything inside the dishwasher to create the illusion that my kitchen was clean. I never could have gotten away with that if my husband was home! But now that my water heater is fixed, I'm running 2 loads of dishes a day trying to catch up. We have a fairly small dishwasher, so 2 loads is probably equal to 1 load of a normal size dishwasher. Anyway, because I've been loading and unloading the dishwasher so much, I've kinda slacked on cleaning other rooms. Walking around the living room is an obstacle course with all the cars, balls, stuffed animals, and other random toys laying about. Zayn's room is probably the cleanest in the house at the moment. Cause he loves to put his dirty clothes in the hamper, and throw his dirty diapers into the diaper pail. Picking up the toys in there, well that's a whole other story. He has a toy "corner" so we just throw everything back there.
My iPod is dead so I can't even put on some tunes and jam while cleaning the house. I love my iPod, maybe a little too much! I have to put it on the charger everyday or it's dead. I was so tired last night that I forgot to. One trip to base for some groceries and it's dead now. Sitting in my purse, still not getting charged! Oh well, I'll get to that tonight, while I'm cleaning, after Zayn goes to bed, maybe.
I have been motivated enough to play around in photoshop. I got one new kit done, another one started, and some random chipboard alpha's done. I'll post the new kit now. I wanna work on kits for the random alpha's. Hopefully I'll have them done this week or next.
This kit was made in honor of my Grandmother (R.I.P.) who had breast cancer when she was still a young mother, and for my Aunt who is fighting her own battle with breast cancer.
Enjoy!
